NEET Qualified and eligible candidates are required to register on the CGDME Counseling website i.e. https://cgdme.admissions.nic.in to participate in the Counseling process for allotment of seats in Various Govt. & Private Medical & Dental Colleges according to their Eligibility & Ranks.

There are 10 Govt. Medical Colleges & 5 Private Medical Colleges in Chhattisgarh. In Govt. Medical Colleges there are 1430 MBBS Seats, out of which 15% AIQ 209 Seats, 3% Central Pool Quota 38 Seats & Rest 1183 State Quota Seats. In 5 Private Medical Colleges there are total 700 Seats out of which 299 MBBS seats are reserved for State Domicile Candidates as per category, 298 seats are for non Domicile Candidates, 103 MBBS seats are for NRI Candidates, any state Candidate could participate in Counseling for these AIQ & NRI seats.
